Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours, any fee is based on one day's rental rate.

No-show

You receive: No refund of amounts paidFee: Booking released

Cancellation fees are calculated on one day's rental rate and deducted from amounts already paid. If you have not paid anything yet, no automatic charge is made.

How to Cancel

Cancel from the link in your booking confirmation or from your account before pickup. With less than 12 hours to pickup, self-service cancellation is disabled — contact our support team by phone or WhatsApp and we will handle it with you.

Modifications

Date or vehicle changes follow the same 48-hour, 24-hour and 12-hour tiers. With less than 12 hours to pickup, self-service changes are disabled and you must contact support. Extending the rental or adding extras is repriced at the booking rates; extra removals are available only on pending bookings at least 48 hours before pickup.

Early Return

If you return the vehicle early, 50% of the unused daily rate is refunded. Early-return refunds are processed manually by our team; ask for written confirmation at return.

Force Majeure

If extraordinary circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, government restrictions, medical emergencies with supporting documents) prevent the rental, we will issue a full refund.
